At Our Sensory Creations, we create more than sensory products. We create opportunities for children to explore, learn, imagine, and thrive through play.
Our story began with my daughter. As a child with high sensory needs, she often experienced the world differently and needed activities that could help her find calm, joy, confidence, and engagement in everyday moments. When I couldn't find products that truly met her needs, I began creating them myself. What started as a way to support my daughter soon became a passion for helping other children and families discover the benefits of sensory play.
Through sensory rice, sensory sand, slime, creative activities, and our Plaster Art Kits, I witnessed firsthand how sensory experiences could encourage exploration, spark creativity, build confidence, and create meaningful moments of connection. Seeing the positive impact these activities had on my daughter inspired me to share those same experiences with other families.
Along the way, I learned something equally important: children who experience the world differently can sometimes struggle with feeling like they don't fit in. That's why many of our products include motivational and inspirational messages designed to encourage children to believe in themselves, embrace their individuality, and recognize that their differences can be some of their greatest strengths. We believe every child deserves to feel confident, valued, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
